Emily has published two collections: Diverting the Sea (The Rialto, 2000) and Developing the Negative (The Rialto, 2008). Her poems have appeared in magazines including Acumen, Anon, The Frogmore Papers, Magma, Smiths Knoll, Other Poetry, Quattrocento and also in the anthologies Reactions 2 and 3, published by UEA. She has led poetry workshops in various settings including a GP surgery and a hospice, and has also tutored for the Arvon Foundation. She has read at many events and festivals including Aldeburgh and Ledbury. Emily lives in Gloucestershire where she works as a part time GP.
