Claire Crowther has had poems published in a wide variety of journals including Ambit, Great Works, Magma, PN Review, Poetry Review, Poetry Wales, New Welsh Review and the Times Literary Supplement. Her pamphlet, Glass Harmonica, was published by Flarestack in 2003 and her first collection, Stretch of Closures, came out in January 2007 from Shearsman Press. She has an MPhil in Creative Writing (Poetry) from the University of Glamorgan and is completing a PhD in Creative Writing at Kingston University where she teaches Poetry and Popular Culture on the MA in Creative Writing.
